The sale of original works of art is final.

Returns are only possible in the event of transport damage.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please send an email to buenterfineart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Prints cannot be exchanged, except in the case of transport damage.

If your print has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Send an email with attachments to buenterfineart@gmail.com We will then organize a replacement or refund.
